/ OUR HISTORY
Lakpahana had its beginning in Moratuwa in 1923 as a primary school. In 1952 the school moved to its present location in Mailapitiya and is located on a 150 acre coconut estate. The school has grown into a well designed campus that contains an administration building, classrooms, boys and girls hostels and staff housing. There are a number of industrial building for our industries and vocational training programs.
